Wellbeing Studios
We have a large, light-filled wellbeing studio hosting a regular programme of weekly and monthly classes, alongside one-off events and retreats.
Our current programme includes:
Yoga every Monday
Buddhist group every Tuesday
Qigong / Tai Chi every second Friday
Monthly meditation sessions
The studio is also available to hire for retreats, workshops and wellbeing gatherings, with the programme evolving as new facilitators and ideas come in.
